Backyard Cardio Circuit

Making time to workout can be difficult and sometimes traffic adds up to 40 minutes to your workout commute. Today we want to share with you a favorite workout of ours that can be done while at home!

The RS Backyard Cardio Circuit

  • 50 Air Squats
  • 10 Squat Jumps
  • 20 Pushups (knees or feet)
  • 20 Lunges (10 on each side)
  • Plank for 60 seconds
  • 50 Jumping Jacks
  • 30 Mountain Climbers
  • 25 Bicycle Crunches
  • 20 Regular Crunches
  • 5-10 minute jog around your neighborhood
    • Repeat Circuit 1-4x depending on your activity level


You will be dripping in sweat and your endorphins will be through the roof after the first round! Challenge yourself each time you do this circuit to go harder, run faster and increase the amount of rounds!
